Dell XPS 12 is a hybrid tablet notebook, where it is more or less two devices in a single form factor. What makes this tablet so interesting is its ability to support the new operating system- Windows 8. It can convert from a fully-powered notebook to a fully- powered tablet when the situation calls for it.

The display in the tablet mode will ensure that the keyboard is completely covered. Obviously some special nanotechnology at work will not be available in the tablet format ,which trims down the size of the XPS 12 to make it thin.
