Here's the first in-game footage for the upcoming old-school FPS game entitled, Painkiller:Hell & Damnation which is a remake of the original Painkiller which was released way back in 2004.  As said by the developers the game won't be a complete remake of the original Painkiller; the single player campaign  will have some additional features like new weapons, enemies as well as boss fights. The multiplayer will feature standard gameplay modes such as deathmatch, team deathmatch and capture the flag and we are assuming that it might also feature Co-op.

Hell & Damnation is powered by Epic's Unreal Engine 3 and is being developed by Farm 51. Below are some screenshots and off-screen in-game footage:
