Most of us were disappointed by the ending of the epic Mass Effect trilogy due to several unanswered questions and irrational plot points. Today Bioware has released the extended cut DLC for Mass Effect 3 in an attempt to answer some of those questions amnd satitate the madding crowds. This DLC pack does not add any playable content, it only extends the conclusion of the trilogy by some cutscenes and Epilogue clips which attempt to give us a better understanding as to what happened to Shepard and his crew.

 "It does not fundamentally change the endings, but rather it expands on the meaning of the original endings, and reveals greater detail on the impact of player decisions," said BioWare.

"It gives a sense of what the future holds as a result of the decisions made throughout the series. And it shows greater detail in the successes or failures based on how players achieved their endings" the developer said.
